Organizational Development Resource Group (ODRG), LLC is recruiting a Program Analyst to provide support for the Foreign Military Financing (FM) and Direct Commercial Contracts (DCC) program. The responsibilities associated with this role include the following tasks: 

• Ensure timely and accurate administration and oversight of Foreign Military Financing (FMF) funds to ensure the program is executed in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and the Guidelines for Foreign Military Financing of Direct Commercial Contracts. 
• Provide guidance for resolution of routine, unique, and unusual requirements to international customers and U.S. contractors; coordinate requirements with the Military Departments, DSCA County Program Directors, Ministry of Defense of Attaché’s Offices. To perform this work successfully, DSCA requires expert knowledge, skills, and experience in disciplines not resident within DSCA. Work performed by the contractor under this PWS is intended to provide DSCA a broad range of administrative support services.

Requirements

• Based in Arlington, Virginia, 100% in-office 
• 1-3 years of recent experience supporting senior level DoD staff (flag officer- equivalent), security cooperation and/or international cooperation; DSCA, Foreign Military Sales, International and Partner Programs.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a highly visible and high operational tempo organization.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• This position requires you to have an active Secret Clearance. A government background investigation will be conducted on selected applicants to determine whether they qualify for access to classified information.
