Job DescriptionPerforms complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
- Performs a variety of administrative and financial related analytical tasks in support of travel tasking.
- Verifies and maintains travel financial reports and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements.
- Verifies travel cost based on a Travel authorization request (TAR), using the Concur travel system and the internet.
- Analyze travel funding status and calculates additional travel funding as required and re-submits to Supervisor.
- Monitors and reports travel financial performance against estimated travel pricing.
- Interacts with task directive leaders to ensure travel contract conformance.
- Collects receipts and process Expense reports in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and take direction from more than one Manager.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Process Cash Advances.
- Participates in special financial projects as required.
EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. Experience working with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel advanced formulas and pivot tables desired.
Qualifications2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
Effective organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of program requirements.

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $21.97 - $26.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
