Scope of Position: The Bridge Care Coordination Program serves individuals across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. The Program Assistant and Billing Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the program’s daily operations through administrative, billing, and reception duties. This position ensures smooth communication between staff, members, and external providers, while assisting program leadership with minimal supervision. The role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and comfort in frequent interaction with program members both in person and by phone. Proficiency in electronic medical records and strong organizational skills are essential.
