As a Program Assistant on the Scaled Education team, you will support the operations and execution of the portfolio of professional development and Stand Together education programs, including internal and external programs (Onboarding, Supervisor Series, Koch Associate Program, Koch Internship Program, etc.). The Program Assistant will organize program logistics including contributing to event planning, communications, and process improvements. This is a dynamic and multi-faceted role that will contribute to the overall talent goals of the 1,300-employee organization.
