Key Responsibilities

  • Program Logistics & Recruitment

  • Lead fall recruitment efforts by distributing promotional materials across select partner high schools, managing student communications, and tracking application submissions and statuses.

  • Coordinate spring program execution, including scheduling, venue setup, and vendor/partner coordination for four days of in-person programming.

  • Organize, collect, and manage essential program documentation, including student paperwork, release forms, and participant records.

  • Student Engagement & Mentorship

  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive skill-building sessions to support career, workforce readiness, and pre-law learning and development.

  • Offer direct guidance and coaching, sharing insights into the legal profession to foster a supportive learning environment.

  • Assist LJMP and other career pathway program students with crafting and finalizing a professional resume, primarily using Heights-provided templates.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for student participants to ensure a positive, enriching program experience.

  • Stakeholder Coordination & Liaison

  • Collaborate with  students, partner law firms, the School District of Philadelphia, and Heights Philadelphia.

  • Support ongoing outreach to school administrators, faculty, and prospective student candidates.

  • Attend partner meetings to confirm program logistics, align on goals, and maintain open communication channels.

  • Data Management & Administration

  • Input and maintain accurate student data, attendance, and progress records in Salesforce according to Heights Philadelphia standards.

  • Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to streamline day-to-day operations and program execution.

  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions to maintain alignment with organizational goals and objectives
