Position Description
Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Procurement and Program Compliance, the Program Compliance Specialist I is responsible for activities related to compliance with state and federal participation requirements for Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) on projects funded by EFC.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and two years of experience in MWBE, SDVOB, DBE, Affirmative Action, or Human Rights, including experience with contract compliance or auditing - or - Associate degree in Business or a related field and four years of relevant experience as described above. A combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position, as determined by the Corporation, may also be considered.

Working Conditions and Physical Abilities
Work is performed in an office environment and involves prolonged periods of computer use. Tasks may include typing, using a telephone, and operating standard office equipment. The role may occasionally require lifting or moving office supplies or files weighing up to 10 pounds.

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Employees may request to telecommute up to two days per week after the completion of their training period.
