Program Control and Accounting P3

 Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC, a Department of Defense contractor, is now hiring a Program Control and Accounting P3 to support the customer and shall provide Budget Analyst III services to the Government for both physical and virtual hosted applications. You will provide all services necessary to ensure the efficient operation of all physical and virtual servers. 

TFS is looking for a Program Control and Accounting P3 at the junior and mid-career levels to join the team. 

As a Program Control and Accounting P3 you will be part of an energetic, results-driven team. 

You would be supporting Naval Sea Systems Command, Shipyards, and Industrial Base agencies associated with workforce and workload management, logistic services, business operations, and total force initiatives. The current task focus is in the area of process and performance improvement and project management. The work is located at the Navy Shipyards in Norfolk, VA, primarily working onsite, with some flexibility for limited telework as the project permits.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• May lead and direct the work of others.  Analyze program to determine requirements
• Track program process and control
• Analyze the impact or potential impact of missed or inadequate deliverable on program accomplishment
• Develop and present reports on analysis findings
• Draft program documentation to support activities to higher-level management
• Review and track performance metrics
• Monitors and analyzes accounting allocation and spending data to determine financial resources required to develop budgets
• Tracks expenses, inventories, and budget balances
• Measures actual performance against budget
• Prepares forecasting reports and trend analysis
• Develops recommendations for budget allocations that conform to budgetary policies and limits
• Utilizes financial modeling and data analytics tools
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
• Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project

Your background should include the following based on level

REQUIREMENTS:

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Candidate must be Secret Clearance Eligible

-Bachelor's level degree in the field or in a related area

-5 years MINIMUM professional experience in the field or in a related area
