As a Program Control Manager \u2013 Manager Level 2 your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.\n\nReady to join forces with our visionary team? \n\nOur Program Control Manager will have oversight for all program-related business management activities, including partnering with the Organizational Unit Director to ensure organizational financial goals are achieved, ensure superior financial performance and ensure the customer\u2019s mission is achieved. This role will be responsible for the management and development of a program control analyst team.\n\nThis position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.\n\nIn this job, you will:\n\n * Assist with program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking and analysis \n * Prepare Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) and responsible for final review\n * Prepare and present financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts \n * Review all contractual documents related to the applicable programs and assist with contract negotiations, as needed\n * Oversee cash management to ensure timely invoices and collections \n * Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\nWhy you? You\u2019re the candidate we\u2019re searching for if you are ready to achieve the impossible alongside like-minded innovators.\n\nThis position is contingent upon capturing program award(s) as well as obtaining and maintaining associated business and/or customer funding prior to start date.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 8 years of professional experience \u2013 OR \u2013 Master\u2019s degree with 6 years of professional experience\n * Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree\n * No clearance required to start\n * Leadership experience or people management experience\n * Earned Value (EV) experience including understanding of Earned Value guidelines\n * Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Excel\n * Experience with SAP S/4 and Costpoint\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Proposal preparation, strategy development or evaluation experience \n * Experience with Cognos Financial Forecasting System, or Cobra Earned Value Management\n * Understanding of government contracts and government cost accounting standard\n * Knowledge of government program budgeting and forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan development\n * Financial analysis presentation experience\n\n\n\nSoft Skills:\n\n * Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization\n * Strong problem solving or organizational skills\n * Collaborative mindset\n\n\n\nAs a leader with integrity, you ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction. For more information on our Total Rewards package, please visit our Total Rewards site.\n\nNorthrop Grumman Total Rewards\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
