Program Control Specialist, Assoc

Under direct supervision, provides support assisting supervisor in organizing, implementing and maintaining a scheduling management system supporting the project plan. Work is regularly checked.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

May assist Project Manager in reviewing contract requirements. Enters new information into database and provides scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes. May help resolve finance and contract issues, process labor hour and cost adjustments, and track issues related to the adjustments. Assists in preparing financial paperwork, monitoring subcontracts, and helping to prepare monthly financial status reports.
