The Program Coordinator partners with a multidisciplinary team to help manage and support various systems and processes that are instrumental in providing a safe and therapeutic environment. This role supports Leadership by fulfilling various administrative duties and functions and helping implement programmatic changes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years proven experience in a program coordinator position.
Experience and knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry.
Knowledge of insurance and billing.
Experience with accounting/financial systems.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to residential, outpatient, and virtual IOP programs.
Manage and oversee the orientation process of incoming clients.
Collect and analyze program evaluation and client feedback; compile program evaluation results and metrics.
Lend general support to new hires.
Coordinate on- and off-site events (e.g. tours, lectures, wellness, etc.).
Help implement new program activities.
Event and meeting management duties as assigned.
Assist with procurement and finance duties.
Provide consistent and efficient direct operational support to the Executive Director and Clinical Director of Outpatient Programs.
Monitor quality assurance in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, making suggestions for improvement.
Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance.
