Key Responsibilities:
- Support on-site HR functions, including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with investigations, and advising personnel actions.
- Provide guidance to Site Manager on creating and updating site policies and procedures.
- Manage online databases (SharePoint, StepQ) for document access, uploads, and data export; provide on-site IT support as needed.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
- Proficient in a quality management system.
- Fluent in reading and writing English.
- Must be U.S. Citizen.
- 2+ years of human resources experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
$26 - $30 an hour
