We explore the unfolding story of America by actively collecting, exhibiting, interpreting, and preserving outstanding works that illuminate the American heritage and artistic possibilities. Founded by Alice Walton in 2005, the museum opened in 2011 and is a public, non-profit charitable organization with free admission.

Position Summary:
The Momentary Program Coordinator: Coordinates supplier onboarding, contract execution, payment processing, and cross-functional workflow management to ensure artists, agencies, and internal stakeholders meet all requirements and deadlines.
The ideal Program Coordinator works collaboratively with a passion for contemporary visual and performing arts, music, food, and community. They will play a pivotal role in supporting the Event Alignment Manager in the seamless execution of various curatorial projects and administrative tasks. This multifaceted position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, coupled with a passion for the arts and cultural initiatives.
The Program Coordinator regularly performs administrative tasks that are complex in nature and require considerable discretion and confidentiality. The Coordinator must be consistently professional, approachable, proactive, and able to organize and balance multiple tasks. Regularly, the Coordinator will be responsible for working across multiple, overlapping timelines and ensuring all external and inter-departmental communications are clear, timely, and documented.
