Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst

Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete Other duties as assigned Working at Northrop Grumman is more than just a paycheck. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of stated professional experience - OR - Master's degree and 3 years of stated professional experience Will consider an additional 4+ years of stated experience in lieu of degree Experience with financial analysis or reporting Experience with MS Office Suite Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) Active and current Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret (TS) Clearance and/or Special Compartmented Information Access (SCI) upon application Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business AdministrationDefense industry experience Military Leadership Experience Program Cost Control experience Experience with FAR/DFAR Experience with Costpoint, Cobra, Primavera or SAP
