Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Program Managers and functional leads to surface high-value questions; translate them into well-defined metrics and analytic requirements.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Palantir Foundry (Contour/Quiver) and Power BI; ensure data accuracy, refresh cadences, and intuitive UX.
- Write SQL / PySpark transformations; execute pipeline design and data quality rules.
- Perform deep-dive analyses (trend, variance, root-cause) and present concise narratives-turning analysis into action.
- Develop lightweight forecasting or statistical models where appropriate.
- Establish KPI catalogs, data dictionaries, and governance artifacts to promote self-service analytics culture.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in Business Intelligence, FP&A. Analytics, or similar data-driven role.
- SQL proficiency with at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Foundry dashboards).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, supply-chain, or finance.
- Strong storytelling skills, verbal, written, and data-visual.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry or comparable cloud data platforms.
- Exposure to basic statistical or predictive techniques (e.g., regression, time-series).
- Familiarity with scripting in Python or R for ad-hoc analysis.
- Background in manufacturing, defense tech, or industrial operations.
