We are actively seeking an experienced Program Development Associatein King of Prussia, PA. The Program Development Associate is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of strategic initiatives that support organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role ensures alignment with the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) requirements, Everyday Lives principles, and performance-based contracting standards, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes, person-centered practices, and continuous quality improvement.
Starting pay is $48,800/per year
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and implement special projects that align with organizational priorities, Everyday Lives principles, and performance-based outcomes
Lead and monitor project implementation, ensuring measurable progress, adherence to timelines, and achievement of defined performance benchmarks
Collaborate across departments and regions to promote coordinated efforts, resource alignment, and consistent service delivery
Track, analyze, and evaluate project outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
Prepare and present data-driven reports to the Director of Performance-Based Contracting, highlighting outcomes, trends, and recommendations
Support the development and implementation of pilot programs and regional initiatives that expand community-based opportunities and employment outcomes
Partner with regional teams to advance program growth by strengthening outreach, advocacy, and referral development consistent with person-centered practices
Conduct ongoing outreach to families to build strong, collaborative relationships, encouraging open dialogue and incorporating feedback to enhance services and outcomes
Assist with recruitment, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, to ensure a qualified and mission-aligned workforce
Maintain full cooperation with licensing and regulatory bodies during inspections, audits, inquiries, or investigations, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards
Adhere to all employment requirements, including successful completion of criminal background checks, central registry clearances, child abuse clearances, and drug screening
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational goals, service excellence, and continuous quality improvement
Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
All other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Associates (60 credits) or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, data tracking, and professional communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, present information effectively, and engage diverse stakeholders
