The Program Director oversees all aspects of program development, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with business, state, and federal guidelines. This role involves recommending, developing, and executing initiatives while evaluating outcomes to enhance care management performance. The Program Director collaborates closely with provider partners and stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Developing program goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
Program Design and Development: Creating program curriculum, structure, and delivery methods.
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising program staff.
Budget Oversight: Managing program finances, including allocating resources and monitoring expenditures.
Implementation and Execution: Overseeing the delivery of program activities and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Performance Evaluation: Monitoring program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and program participants.
Reporting and Communication: Providing regular updates on program progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a related field (such as Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology)
Minimum of three years post-master’s related supervisory experience supporting children with mental health needs
Experience and/or Certification in Developmental Disabilities and/or Drug and Alcohol field of discipline a plus
Experience with Community relations, resource development, and Wraparound process a plus
Clinically and culturally competent/responsive, with the training and experience necessary to manage staff and complex family needs across child-serving systems
Valid and Current Driver’s License
License in appropriate discipline (LAC/LPC or LSW/LCSW) preferred

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term program strategies.
