Cooperative for Human Services Inc. is a multi-service organization that provides residential services, independent living supports, and guardianship services for adults with intellectual, developmental and other related disabilities.

Job Description

• Provide leadership, direction & supervision to staff
• Directly oversee & coordinate all aspects of the residential program (case management, ISP planning, healthcare, clinical, behavioral supports, etc.)
• Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, training, reporting, program development, etc.
• Ensure agency, DDS & national service standards are achieved
• Perform regular quality assurance functions including auditing & monitoring functions
• Provide on-call to assigned program as needed
• Provide direct support to the individuals served

• Bachelor's Degree - may be substituted for relevant work experience
