Location:  This position would oversee ICF houses in the following areas- Bethany, Woodbridge, North haven and East Haven Conneticut 
Status: Full-time, Exempt

Aspire Living & Learning is a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking a Program Director to lead and support our dedicated teams, ensuring high-quality care and services for those we support.

About the Role

As a Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring program compliance across multiple service areas.   Lead and develop teams through supportive supervision, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.

  Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations.

  Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting collaboration, community integration, and open communication.

  Build strong partnerships with families, stakeholders, and state/local agencies.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor quality assurance and improvement efforts and help achieve strategic goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the fiscal and administrative aspects of the program with support from senior leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide on-call support and ensure continuity of services when needed.

  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of experience in human services, including 2+ years in a leadership or program management role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with agency regulations and program oversight

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and support a dynamic, mission-driven team

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background checks
