What you will do:   As a Program Director you will develop, implement, manage and modify the Rite of Passage program.

Oversees site budgets and expenses.  Provides management and oversees Human Resources Department. Establishes, manages and promotes positive relationships within the program and also Ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.

To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field (Master’s Degree preferred).  Four years of related experience in residential facility management possess a Driver’s License.
