Program Director - Dual Diagnosis Team

We are seeking a Program Director to join our team supporting Berks County. The Program Director to oversee the clinical and operational functions of our Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT). This role is crucial in ensuring the highest level of fidelity to the DDTT model and mission. The Program Director will provide direct supervision of program operations, fostering a collaborative work environment and upholding Merakey's Core Values.

Earn $62,000 to $66,000 annually

Position Details

* Manage all aspects of the DDTT program to ensure the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.* Develop a collaborative and empowering culture that fully engages employees, encouraging continuous improvement and decision-making.* Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance and adherence to department and Merakey policies.* Ensure compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as those from payors.* Oversee the program's profit and loss, managing daily operations to achieve financial targets.* Maintain productive working relationships and communication with both external and internal stakeholders.* Oversee the recruitment process and ensure effective onboarding of new hires.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field.* Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW) or Professional Counselor (LPC)* Possess at least two years of program management experience* Experience in the behavioral health field with:* Two years in a mental health setting.* Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
