Program Director - Loudoun VA

Location: Loudoun County, VA.

Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or 5+ years of relevant program leadership experience.

  Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and the residential milieu

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate program leadership and operations staff

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain appropriate staffing coverage and respond to operational or safety concerns

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with Virginia licensing requirements, Joint Commission standards, policies, and procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with clinical, medical, HR, and executive leadership

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with new house openings, including safety checks, supplies, licensing readiness, and operational setup

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain consistent policies, procedures, and program culture as the program grows

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Experience in adolescent or young adult residential, therapeutic, or similar programming strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage staff and multi-house operations

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of trauma-informed care, residential programming, and regulatory compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to meet required background and record checks for programs serving minors
