Program Director - RTC

The beautiful Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is GROWING... and looking for a GREAT Program Manager to help our Residential Treatment Center patients on their journey to recovery!

The Program Manager will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the Adolescent Residential Treatment Center (RTC) program operation. Develops and administers a comprehensive RTC program that responds to the community's needs and supports the organization's overall mission, philosophy, and goals; Integrates management of the RTC system into the Behavioral Health System's continuum of care.

Qualifications and Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or mental health related field required;
• Current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC License preferred, or clinical internship status in these fields required;

· Minimum two (2) years of inpatient clinical work or in a child and adolescent facility required;

• Current CPR (training opportunity offered annually and during orientation);
• CPI obtained within 30 days of hire (training opportunity offered annually and during orientation).
