Program Leader Senior - Competitive Pay

As emerging technologies like generative AI open new ways of working and interacting with customers globally, Client Global Customer Capabilities (GCC) team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support the digital program management with agile project management, communication, and advancing projects through the pipeline with a clear measurement plan and need to meet criteria for feasibility and value. This role will be assisting with the creation of program dashboards, tracking/reporting progress, engagement with key internal and external stakeholders providing program and project management, keeping teams and initiatives on track, and providing strategic consultancy as a PM/tech solutions architect across other initiatives with interdependencies. The role will be responsible for the following detailed tasks:

Job Details:
Support the overall digital program management activities.
• Assist in tasks regarding project logistics, such as workshops, timelines, posting items to project folders
• Capture GenAI Proof-of-concept measurements to help drive new capability adoption for internal Marketing, Sales, and Value & Access teams
• Keep information up-to-date including workstream-related timelines, scope, deliverables, and the program information in appropriate artifacts
• Lead and schedule necessary workstream-related meetings such as kickoffs, weekly status meetings, work sessions, deliverable reviews, and testing
• Play a critical role in shaping communications and change management for AI technologies
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working on teams to accomplish tasks

• Knowledge of internal organizational process and procedures
• Knowledgeable of emerging technologies like generative AI, Large language models, and predictive analytics
