Program Manager

CYNWAVE Solutions is actively searching for a qualified Program Manager (PM) to become an integral part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in management, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Summary:

The Program Manager will oversee environmental services operations, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position requires a strong background in healthcare and environmental services, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively. The Program Manager will conduct regular quality checks and report directly to the EMS Chief.

Job Details:

• 4300 W. 7th Street Little Rock, AR 72205, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114.


• Shift: Monday – Friday with occasional overtime during afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed for emergencies.

Qualifications/Certifications:

• Communicate effectively in English speaking and writing.


• High School diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of environmental services.


• American Hospital Association certification.


• Certified Health Care Environmental Services Professionals (CHESP).


• 3 years of environmental services experience in health care.


• 2 years in a Management/Supervisory/Administrative role.

Duties:

• Provide contract leadership and oversee daily environmental services operations at the VA facility.


• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet operational needs.


• Monitor employee performance and provide training, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.


• Act as the primary point of contact between the contractor and VA leadership.


• Manage budgeting, supplies, and equipment needed for environmental services.


• Must be able to respond to after-hours emergency calls.


• Good physical condition with ability to lift 75 lbs.


• U.S. Citizen or approved registered alien.


• Assist with special projects and audits assigned by the VA.
