Program Manager

InnerSourced Solutions is seeking to hire a , Program Manager to manage the intake process and delivery of services for our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) and Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the program and assists in implementation of an integrated service delivery system with other organizational programs and various community organizations.  Due to COVID-19, this position will begin virtually until further notice and transition to community / office based or hybrid work when the practice re-opens physically.

Education and Experience

• Licensed mental health professional (LBSW, LMSW, LCSW-C; LPC, LCPC, LGMFT) or
  


• Bachelor’s prepared certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner  by the U.S. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association Children's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Certificate.


• Minimum of 2-years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities 

• Hiring and evaluating direct care staff (Rehabilitation Coordinators)


• Providing training and supervision to direct care staff during their initial orientation and throughout their tour of service;


• Facilitation of 60 hours of on-site training of all new direct care staff required by COMAR regulations and CARF conformance standards. 


•  Assisting all new and existing Rehabilitation Coordinators with learning proper documentation protocols within the agencies electronic health record system, (Insynch. 


• Developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans (IRPs) that reflect and meet the needs of the individuals served by the program;


• Ensuring the development of client specific, culturally appropriate intervention strategies including goal setting, planning, and decision making;


• Educating direct care staff on how to provide rehab services that correlate to the goals identified on the Rehabilitation Plan and how to appropriately document the provision of services;


• Reviewing documentation of services (Rehab Assessments, IRPs, summaries, and reports);


• All other duties necessary to fulfill program operations
