Program Manager

Position summary:

The Program Manager directs program and services for the adolescent residential treatment facility. 

They will supervise all levels of clinical staff and oversee residential direct care services for adolescent clients and their families. 

They are responsible for monitoring and ensuring program licensing and regulatory compliance, coordination of treatment assessments, plans, reviews and charting accuracy; supervision and development of clinical staff and conducting of performance evaluations; program and staff scheduling; monitoring of staff productivity and efficient delivery of services; coordinating all aspects of direct care delivery, facility maintenance, and client safety.  

 Primary duties:

1. Develop a clinical team that implements the Ridge RTC's core beliefs into all aspects of client care and program services. Acts in best interest of the company and quality client care at all times. 
2. Working alongside other key members of the team, including psychiatrist, nurse, counselors, program directors, other counseling staff, shall direct and coordinate clinical services from intake to discharge. Understand and masters all aspects of client charts and documentation; adheres to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations and requirements. 
3. Shall be responsible for accurate maintenance of all client charts, medication records, and timely notation of services in client records. 
4. Shall supervise staff for medication management and to assure client medication administration and storage is handled safely, accurately, and in compliance with all laws and standards of care. 
5. Working with administrative team, will oversee hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, and retention of all levels of the clinical team. 
6. Maintains program and staff schedules as well as facility care and maintenance. 
7. Prioritizes client safety; directs crisis management, reporting, and client referral processes. Oversees intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. 
8. Is knowledgeable of and provides leadership in all areas of licensing requirements, accreditation, state, and federal rules and regulations. 
9. Shall attend meetings, case conferences, and staff trainings. 
10. Provide clinical care to youth and families as needed; facility individual and group therapy as needed and model and coach clinical team in youth sensitive clinical care. 
11. Shall perform such additional functions as specifically requested by Directors to meet special facility patient needs, as necessary. 

EDUCATION 

Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or social work preferred. Licensed PCC, MFT, LCSW, or higher preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. 

EXPERIENCE 

Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience working with youth and families. Previous residential or intensive outpatient experience preferred.
