Job Description - Program Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with senior executives, including C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies

· Coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables

· Drive program governance, risk management, and issue resolution

· Communicate program updates, insights, and risks clearly to senior leadership, including C-level executives

· Ensure successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs

· Strong communication and executive presentation skills with C-level interfacing experience

· Experience in the Financial Services industry

· Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes across multiple teams

Preferred:

· Exposure to or experience with Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives or programs

· Based in Texas, with a preference for candidates located in Austin, TX
