Program Manager

LightGrid is looking for the following: This role requires a TS/SCI Clearance.  

The Program Manager will lead execution of the DISA  contract, overseeing enterprise engineering, architecture, and application development efforts supporting  stakeholders. Responsibilities include full lifecycle program management, multidisciplinary team leadership, customer engagement, staffing, and delivery of mission-critical IT solutions in classified and unclassified environments. 

  12+ years overall; 5+ years managing large-scale DoD programs ($100M+) 

 DoD program management; DISA/Pentagon experience; engineering + architecture + app dev oversight; staffing/resource mgmt; secure environments; rapid response support 

· - Lead all contract operations

· - Serve as primary Government interface

· - Oversee engineering, architecture, and   development teams

· - Ensure delivery on schedule and scope

· - Maintain staffing (90%+)

· - Provide strategic oversight and operate   independently

Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) 

     PMP (preferred); ITIL preferred; DAWIA nice to have

  · Executive-level communication

· - Ability to brief SES/Flag Officers

· - Strong leadership and customer engagement

- Operate in high-pressure environments
