Integrity First Caregivers, LLC  | Full-Time | Hybrid Travel Position Salary: $67,000-$72,000 per year

Integrity First Caregivers is seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to oversee Home and Community Based (HCBS) operations, staff performance, compliance, and service excellence across Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Program Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals


• Ensure compliance with CHOICES, ECF CHOICES, and agency requirements


• Monitor staffing, service delivery, and member satisfaction


• Support hiring, on boarding, and staff development


• Conduct quality assurance reviews and corrective actions


• Build relationships with members, families, MCOs, and community partners


• Assist with agency growth and expansion initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred


• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, HCBS, disability services, or long-term supports


• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience


• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
