What You'll Do
As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality services while creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and program participants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and mentor program staff
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and engagement
- Monitor program performance and maintain compliance standards
- Support employee development through training and ongoing feedback
- Build strong relationships with individuals, families, community partners, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and program records
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational success
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Business, or a related field preferred
- Supervisory or program leadership experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, education, nonprofit, or related settings preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Starting salary of $55,000 per year
