Manage business and operations: track internal team deliverables and monitor project progress as needed (space management, centralize the new hire onboarding and ordering equipment processes.) Handle distribution list management and communication channels for team leaders (i.e., Teams Channels and created new, write comms for space reshuffles). Assist in coordinating space management (twice yearly building reshuffle per the new badge policy) and event logistics with multiple stakeholders (for instance we run building wide morale events, and the IPA admin team will be on point for these as we do alternate). Create and track purchase orders. Plan how to spend the morale funding in conjunction with the team business managers and purchase appropriate gifts or gift cards and distribute. Proactively plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings (will take on calendar support in the near future). Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual events in collaboration with business management and administrative staff communities. Reconcile and submit expenses, serve as interim approver and manage discretionary budget reports as required. Serve as a backup to admins that are on leave. The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35.71 to $39.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
