About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Medical Device industry to lead the inspection readiness program and QMS related projects at our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealing with regulatory requirements and standards including 21CFR820 and ISO 13485:2016.
Responsibilities:

Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and standards
Interpret policies, regulatory, and governmental regulations to ensure compliance
Lead the inspection readiness program, coordinate resolution of audit and inspection findings, and liaise with auditing groups and inspectors
Prepare reports and necessary documentation such as Corrective and Preventative Actions
Provide input to establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Communicate and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Solve issues through information exchange, influence, and active persuasion
Education Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred - Master's degree preferred
