We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a rapidly growing, high-performing team delivering cutting-edge AI capabilities to aviation and defense customers. You’ll orchestrate the delivery of mission-critical solutions by aligning engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders, ensuring programs achieve meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI/ML programs in aviation and defense.
- Serve as the trusted connector between engineering teams, operators, and customer partners.
- Translate business and technical needs into actionable project plans and milestones.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep programs on target.
- Drive clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level updates, reports, and presentations that highlight progress and impact.
- Build a culture of agility, accountability, and delivery excellence across programs.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in aviation or aviation logistics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder efforts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; significant customer-facing experience.
- Business and/or technology background preferred, with technical literacy in AI/ML, engineering, or aviation systems.
- Experience with agile or hybrid project management frameworks.
- Analytical rigor, sound decision-making, and flexibility in complex, dynamic environments.
- Able and willing to travel extensively.
- Commitment to accountability, speed, and operational excellence.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000 annually. We strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package that aligns with our employees’ experience and qualifications.
