The Program Manager will be accountable for all aspects of the engagement, including program governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery management, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience leading large-scale transformation programs, managing multiple delivery streams and stakeholders, and operating with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and P&L.

- Manage scope, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Establish effective governance, reporting, and executive communication mechanisms.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate key program decisions.
- Ensure successful migration to a cloud-native architecture while minimizing business disruption.
- Track delivery performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Commercial & Operational Ownership
- Own the program P&L, including budget, forecast, actuals, and margin performance.
- Manage resource planning, staffing, and utilization across the program.
- Identify and mitigate delivery and commercial risks.
- Provide accurate program reporting, KPIs, forecasts, and status updates.
- Support planning, estimation, and business case development for future initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure achievement of targeted business outcomes.
Success Metrics
- Delivery of modernization roadmap within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Program profitability and financial performance.
- Stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
- Effective management of risks, dependencies, and organizational change.
- Successful adoption of the new cloud-native platform and realization of business benefits.

Requirements.
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:
- 7+ years of Program, Delivery, or Transformation Management experience in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading complex modernization, cloud migration, or microservices transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and Agile delivery models.
- Experience managing multi-team, multi-vendor programs with significant business and technical dependencies.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget ownership, forecasting, P&L, and margin management.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills: ability to clearly communicate with both technical team, management, and business stakeholders
