Program Manager for Urology Clinics

This is a Mon-Friday, 8am - 5pm role that requires you to be in person 100%.

This role has oversight for main campus clinic and our outreach clinics throughout central Ohio and/or surrounding areas.

You must have the following;

• MSN Degree required
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Experience managing multi-displinary service lines and multiple clinic locations preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions:

Education Requirement:

MS , if BSN must obtain MS in 3 years and currently enrolled in a program. Work requires a level of knowledge equivalent to that obtained by completing a master’s degree program in nursing, hospital administration, business administration, or closely related field. 

Licensure Requirement:

Current Licensure in area of clinical practice in the state of Ohio.

• Supervisory skills  to plan, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinate staff.  
• Analytical skills  to oversee and organize the work of others, and to develop and administer sound policies, procedures, budgets, and multidisciplinary practices required. 

Experience:

Three to Five years of clinical experience in area of expertise.
