Technical Program Integration Manager

Skills Required:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Anchor Engineers on development activities including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Lead and facilitate Program Increment planning and I and Adapt sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical team members, effectively communicating and fostering collaboration.
• Provide onboarding support for new team members to Rally and SharePoint.
• Drive solution prioritization and implementation of high-quality features with a holistic approach.
• Identify and promote process improvements to foster continuous improvement across the program and teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for Integration testing, Quality Control, Release Management, and Production Support initiatives.
• Ensure feature and product quality using PDO model, Agile best practices, and test-driven development principles.
• Advocate for the customer/end-user while aligning with business goals and opportunities.
• Assist in defining MVP solutions and test plans to gather quick feedback for solution development readiness.

Skills Preferred:

• Understanding of Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of systems architecture concepts.
• SAFe certified scrum master.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with cloud applications and design principles.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience with agile software development tools (Backlog Management and Test Management).
• 3+ years working in an agile, SAFe, or hybrid development methodology.
