Are you a strategic, globally minded Program Manager with expertise in enterprise security solutions?

Securitas Technology is hiring a dynamic Program Manager – Global Clients (Europe) to lead cross-border delivery of high-impact security programs for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. In this critical role, you'll oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of advanced security systems—bridging local execution with global strategy while ensuring service excellence across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated physical and electronic security programs across Europe
• Manage multi-region client portfolios, ensuring consistent service aligned with global expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted long-term relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development in a matrix environment
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, sustainability, and scalability standards across local and global delivery
• Oversee security implementations involving systems such as Lenel, C-Cure, Milestone, and CCTV platforms
• Provide operational and commercial oversight, ensuring SLA adherence, KPI tracking, and risk mitigation
• Deliver regular executive-level business reviews and drive continuous improvement across all accounts
• Identify opportunities to innovate and scale service delivery through new technologies and process enhancements
• Act as an escalation point for issue resolution, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs in security technology, facilities, or infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of integrated security systems including access control, CCTV, video surveillance, and cloud-based platforms
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country operations or service delivery across borders
• Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align with business goals
• Experience navigating matrix organizations and working with multicultural teams
• Solid knowledge of SLAs, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a strong plus
• Bonus: Experience with cybersecurity, converged security, or IoT platforms is advantageous
