We are currently recruiting for one full‐time Program Manager I within Technology Services and Solutions, Office of the CIO.

The Program Manager I within the Office of the CIO will play a key role in advancing community engagement, transparency, and innovation. This position will lead the Digital Equity Initiative, a high-visibility program focused on closing technology access gaps, and ensuring equitable digital resources, while driving strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and measurable outcomes.
The role will also support the development and refinement of IT policies that strengthen governance and align with departmental and Countywide objectives.

Responsibilities:

Leading the Digital Equity Initiative to advance digital inclusion.
Supporting policy development aligned with departmental and County goals.
Coordinating a program to repurpose surplus technology for underserved communities.

This role is critical to strengthening operational effectiveness and expanding programs that promote equity and sustainability.
