In this role, the Program Manager will focus on driving programs to meet growth goals efficiently through process development and implementation, driving cross-program coordination and communication. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional projects for People and Video Games teams while also collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Manage cross-search of projects, driving multi-quarter roadmaps.
Effectively bring clarity to cross-functional projects with vague requirements, goals, scope, and complex problems.

Define processes for speeding up infrastructure and feature planning, analysis, and development.
