Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently? Join our nonprofit Independent Living Center as the CDPC Program Manager, where you'll lead a dedicated team, oversee service delivery, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the CDPC program


• Supervise and train the CDPCS Kenai team


• Conduct routine supervision meetings with Program Support Specialists


• Ensure quality assurance of PCA timesheets and documentation


• Maintain up-to-date program materials and regulatory compliance


• Support consumers and caregivers with person-centered care


• Engage with community partners and resources

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory and management experience


• 3+ years in human services or a related field


• Independent Living experience is a plus


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay Rate

$32.30 to $35.57
