Program Manager, Magellan Delivery Excellence

Your responsibilities will include: Supporting Steering Committee agendas, managing meetings, and tracking action items Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, or a related field Minimum of 7 years' experience in technical, operational, or professional roles within the medical device or healthcare industry Minimum of 5 years' experience in a PMO or complex program management role Proven leadership experience managing large-scale change or transformation programs, ideally in a systems or technology environment Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and related application ecosystems Understanding of core business processes across functions Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance global and local priorities Demonstrated ability to lead through change and thrive in dynamic environments High integrity, professionalism, and ability to build trust across the organization Strong sense of urgency and follow-through Servant leadership mindset and commitment to building empowered teams Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a matrixed organization Strategic thinker who can align program goals with organizational vision and values Ability to define and implement operational policies and practices across multiple teams
