Houses of Hope is excited to announce the development of our new Short-Term Residential (STR) Program, scheduled to open in Fall 2026 following renovation of our new facility at 4740 A Street. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team ahead of opening and play a critical leadership role in shaping and launching this new program.
About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational leader in a new residential program designed to provide high-quality, trauma-responsive care to individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health needs.
The Program Manager will be instrumental in building program operations from the ground up. Partnering with leadership, helping prepare the facility and systems, and ultimately leading day-to-day operations once the program opens.
We are beginning recruitment early to ensure we find the right candidate and allow for meaningful onboarding, planning, and program development prior to launch. The anticipated start date for this position is July 1, 2026.
