Program Manager - Senior Services Program

Salary will be between $54,000 to $60,000 per year (and based on experience)

Full-Time position including insurance and time off benefits

We’re currently seeking a Program Manager to lead our Putnam County senior services program. This position plays a key leadership role, responsible for program outcomes, service delivery, staff development, and compliance with contract and budgetary guidelines. Experience in community and in-home care for seniors is required, as well as a working knowledge of the Putnam County communities. Additionally, knowledge of specialized services that support seniors, such as the Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative (ADI) and Florida’s Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (EHEAP), is preferred and will enhance the ability to address the unique needs of our senior clients.

Due to our expansion of services and the launch of a new program in Putnam County, we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible, with a start date of October 1, 2025. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and develop a strong team delivering senior services in Putnam County
• Ensure service quality and contractual compliance in partnership with the VP of Programs
• Oversee enrollment, documentation, and client services in collaboration with Program Assistant
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with subcontractors and community organizations
• Monitor and manage program budget, financial indicators, and service efficiencies
• Contribute to new program development, marketing efforts, and funding opportunities
• Represent Easter Seals Florida in the community and advocate for senior clients and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human service-related field
• Minimum of 3 years of management and supervisory experience, preferably in senior services or human services in Florida
• Experience with Volunteer Management
• Experience in community and in-home care for seniors
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with program development, compliance, and budget oversight
