Program Manager, TA Operations (Contract)Remote anywhere in US

You are a Recruiting Operations Program Manager with a background in operations, program management, and change management. Here, you'll lead operational programs across TA Operations to influence the success of our Talent Acquisition goals and priorities.

This position pays: $60 - $70 per hour

What you will be doing:

Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement operationsManage both operational projects and larger strategic programs to enable our Talent Acquisition team to run efficientlyDrive a variety of operational programs related to hiring transformation initiatives, specifically offers and onboarding, and build programs in partnership with program SMEsPartner with the People Technology and People Operations teams to implement our strategic recruiting operations programsBuild relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and People Technology in order to deliver on the TA Operations team's roadmap and programs of workInvestigate and resolve tickets and issues related to TA offers and onboarding

What you bring:

5+ years of experience in HR/People/TA Enablement or OperationsBackground in operations, enablement, program management, and change managementExperience in project management working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, and delivering high quality programs and communications to a wide variety of stakeholder audiencesSuccessful track record in leading operational projects and programs, from ideation to completion, showing direct achievement of business strategy or OKRsHigh levels of resourcefulness, organization, and execution skills (strategy through implementation)Experience in the global technology Industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employeesExperience with Jira, iCIMs ATS, Google Workspace, Slack are a plus
