Program Manager Tech 2

Purpose of the Team:

Heavy on the Technical Writing side with Project Management as well.
We're looking for someone who can swiftly immerse themselves in our technical product and play a pivotal role in executing previews, establishing demo environments, driving process innovation and learning initiatives, and fostering collaboration across various azure teams to produce comprehensive documentation.

Key projects:

Working with Support team to identify support documentation and support cases.
Candidate would drive products with projects in talking to customers, running processes that the team would need to run the business smoothly

Typical task breakdown:

We're seeking a dynamic technical writer with a knack for product/project management and sharp analytical abilities.
This role involves diving into support cases to identify recurring user issues and devising strategies to streamline support requirements through enhancements to both public and internal documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, collaborating with project managers and developers to gather relevant information, and meticulously updating, reviewing, and publishing documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

3-4 Years of Previous Experience with Technical Writing, Project Management, and Technical Project
Computer Science background and degree is a huge plus

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
