Program Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

The Global Program Manager is a multifaceted role of independent and team mentorship within the Global Business as referenced in the essential job function associated with the level of responsibility. In addition to their knowledge and skill set, they will use the resources of the Global team and APCT to ensure the highest level of service to their internal and external customers.

Essential Job Functions:

Program Manager I: Manages and takes ownership of their day-to-day independent workload with minimal guidance of their diverse Customer Account assignments. ? Grows accounts with focused daily communication fostering strong relationships by being an asset to them and bringing additional opportunities. ? Collaborative role between the following departments: Program Associates I – III, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams. ? Quoting accounts independently based on the overall sales value with a goal of 24-hour quote turn time. o Reviews and manages customer specifications and routing guides o Follow up on quote activity ? Willingness to train team members on divisional SOP upon request. ? Consistent positive, professional attitude and communication with internal and external customers. ? Communicates efficient and effective process improvements regularly to management. o Visibility to Root Cause Input and Continuous Improvement Opportunities ? Ability to produce reports, such as part number timelines and begin to analyze the data contained in the reports. ? Complete logistics analysis, cost savings options and profit margin increases based on your customer base. ? Escalate items proficiently to management with solution options. ? Offers solutions to potential challenges including Engineering, Quality, and Sales. ? Ensure that deadlines and commitments are leveled, met, or exceeded either through effective communication or negotiation. ? Clearly understands SOP and strives to maintain throughout all teams

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Meets Program Associate III essential job functions, qualifications, education, and experience requirements. ? High school diploma or equivalent experience Understands industry specifications ? Expert in MS Excel with a focus on formulas, pivot tables, “IF” statements and “VLOOKUP” ? Proficient with ERP, Sage Intaact, DFM tools, ProCIM, Bacon and QuickBooks ? Proficient in supply chain management and inventory management ? Proficient written and verbal communication skills ? Demonstrates consistent understanding of technology, cost analysis, problem solving skills ? Strong Technology understanding and Vendor Capabilities
