Work Schedule:
Full-time, 100% FTE, hybrid position. Weekly schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional hours outside of that time frame. Hours could vary based on operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Program Manager, Workforce Safety Reporting to:
Lead and advance UW Health's workforce safety program through data-driven strategies that reduce employee injury risk and strengthen a culture of safety.
Partner with leaders across the organization to identify trends, implement safety improvements, and drive meaningful outcomes for workforce well-being.
Serve as the organizational expert for workforce safety reporting systems, analytics, ergonomic programs, and injury prevention initiatives.
Transform safety data into actionable insights, education, and system-wide improvements that support team members across UW Health
