Program Manager/Military Analyst

• Must have at least 20 years of experience as a Senior Planner/Senior Military Analyst in Army
  Aviation, as an Aviation commissioned branch officer, including successful Aviation
  Battalion Command (or equivalent).
• Expertise may come from rotary wing, fixed wing, or unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations. Graduate of a military Senior Service College is preferred.
• Mastery planning and executing Army Operations is
  expected.
• Experience stemming from service at the Aviation Center of Excellence
  (AVCOE), Combined Arms Center (CAC), Training & Doctrine Command
  (TRADOC), or Army Futures Command (AFC) is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred
• Secret Clearance Required
