Can you give me a brief overview of your team size, roles, and how this person will need to fit into it?: I lead 2 functions: Data Quality Management and Metadata Management. About 12 people, 6 onshore, 6 offshore + scrum master. We have analysts, specialists and developers supporting both functions. The PM would coordinate the work across the teams. Some of it is roadmap drive, some of it is BAU. We have a big project that just started around DQ and it involves other teams across BF. This role would help manage that project.
What would a day in the life of this role look like?: Typical PM role. Ensure milestones are met, manage risks and issues, coordinate dependencies with the business or other teams.
What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? Daily interaction
What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Data Quality initiatives
What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role? Managing all the dependencies and being able to report progress in a meaningful way.
