Program Managers hold the responsibility for assessing the needs of clients and developing individualized programs. Program Managers continuously assess each client’s progress to create the most effective treatment plan.
Program Managers also provide training by providing objectives, intervention plans, and recommendations for comprehensive goals to be implemented by direct service staff.
Program Managers will monitor the program’s curriculum, review data, and observe program implementation, all while providing parent training and consultation, conduct annual program review, and provide on-going supervision of each case.
RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES :
· Continually review and analyze clients’ program and data
· Review client’s program for integrity and progression and measuring the goals.
· Advise and train Behavioral Interventionists and families the implementation of all plans within the program.
· Organize and attend monthly scheduled clinic meetings to discuss the client’s program, intervention and progress.
· Attend any and all necessary trainings and seminars associated to job description.
· Complete or assist in the completion of progress report at the end of every quarter (every 3/6 months) of service.
· Enforce and the utilization of the correct procedures for implementation of goals and correct methods for recording data.
· Provide training of staff in cases load as needed.
· Complete progress reports, treatment plans, exit reports and all reports as needed and required.
· Continually reviews and analyze clients’ program and treatment.
· Write intervention plans that address any excess or deficits in each client’s treatment plan.
· Review clients’ program for integrity and progression and measuring the goals.
· Advise and train Behavior Interventionists and families the implementation of all plans within the program.
· Organize and attend monthly scheduled clinic meetings.
· Attend any and all necessary trainings and seminars associated to job description
· Complete or assist in the completion of progress reports.
· Consultation with other professionals, staff and contractors to ensure program consistency.
· Enforce and the utilization of the correct procedures for implementation of recording data.
· Arrange clinic meetings and write follow-up reports.
· Collect consent forms and all necessary forms from parents.
· Provide training of staff in cases load as needed.
· Conduct annual program review, consent to treatment and parent questionnaire.
· Provide on-going supervision of each case, in which 50% is face-to-face.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment.
· Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
· Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
· Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
· Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home, school, and community placements.
· Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
· Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
· Master's Degree
· CPR/First Aid - BABC will provide training
· Hold valid immunization records and pass TB exam
· Cleared for Livescan from the Department of Justice.
· Must have a valid California Driver’s License & insurance in good standing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Recent experience working with children with Neurodevelopmental disorders, especially, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or related developmental disabilities in a direct care capacity preferred.
· Previous experience providing education and support to families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or related developmental disabilities.
